Butifarra with onion beer and mustard Serves 4



Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Stir in the onions and cook until soft. Stir in salt and sugar. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add the beer, stir well and cover, leaving the lid slightly ajar, and cook 15 minutes more.

Add the Butifarra and cook for another 15 mins.
